Globalturk Capital has invested in Tempo, a fast growing call center services company by getting a minority stake option in the summer of 2011 and since then has been advising on growing its operations and setting up corporate governance and reporting structures. Mitsui was introduced to Tempo as a co-investment opportunity late 2011 and the transaction was closed in January 2013 with coordination and intermediation of Globalturk Capital throughout the transaction process. Globalturk Capital’s and Tempo’s founding shareholders are sitting on the Board together with Mitsui’s directors.

The Company is active in telemarketing, customer relationship management and back office services and serves major corporate clients in a number of sectors, with a total of 1500 agents in operational centers in Istanbul, Afyon and Urfa.
