Business Partner – Laurent acts as Globalturk Capital’s business partner in Netherlands but at the same time extensively conducts business in Finland, Switzerland and Asia as well.

Laurent, a Dutch citizen, co-founded Rokade Consultancy B.V. in The Netherlands in 2003, offering tax, legal, accountancy and payroll services primarily to SME and individuals concerning wealth management.

International Trust Services - Soon followed International Trust Services B.V. offering management and domiciliation services with an emphasis on discretion, integrity and continuity with personal commitment to every client and upholding an intellectual rigor. International Trust Services B.V. provides services amongst others to families in close cooperation with Rothschild Trust in Geneva (Switzerland).

M&A - Since the summer of 2012 Laurent has set up and is heading the branch office of Brada Rokade Oy in Helsinki (Finland), combining the strength of 2 Dutch based firms Rokade Consultancy B.V. and Brada LLP, offering tax, legal and corporate finance service with offices in Rotterdam (The Netherlands), Amsterdam (The Netherlands), New York (USA), Geneva (Switzerland), Tel Aviv (Israel) and Düsseldorf (Germany). Laurent focuses on mergers & acquisitions plus corporate and tax structuring.

As per 2013 Laurent is setting up Global Connect in The Netherlands using local branch offices in global reach, starting with Finland Connect, offering a wide variety of services as a one-stop-shop, unprecedented and with endorsements of local governments. Other branch offices in Sweden, Poland, Nepal, Indonesia, Austria, Germany, Australia, Spain, Estonia, China and Turkey will follow shortly.

Laurent is involved in “clean-tech” projects in Southern Asia providing alternative energy and offering brokerage and corporate finance services, as well as commodity trading and raising capital to set up airlines, educational programs and real estate.

Most recently Laurent has successfully completed an international share purchase of a Turkish enterprise in close cooperation with Globalturk Capital involving a structure that covers Turkey, The Netherlands, Romania and Finland.

Education - Laurent holds a Master’s degree in law from the Erasmus University Rotterdam (Netherlands) specializing in International Tax law and speaks Dutch, English, French, German and some Finnish.
