Business Development and Sales Leadership: As the Head of European Sales (U.K.) and GM of Turkey in Ericsson, led tripling of systems integration revenues in Ericsson Turkey over 3 years and achieved break-in deals at fixed and non-telco segments. Achieved double digit sales growth YoY for Ericsson Turkey during 2010-2012.

Strategic Planning: As the General Manager of Ericsson Turkey, led heavy investments to transform Ericsson from a pure hardware player to a software and services company. The scale of the systems integration business grew almost tenfold over 5 years with clear vision and focused execution on the ground.

Managing Large-Scale Operations: As the General Manager of Ericsson Turkey, successfully led a team of 1,000 people across 2 countries. Positioned Ericsson Turkey as the competence hub for the region. Previous and ongoing direct client contacts include ministers and representatives for government clients and CXO level clients in the ICT and Media industries.

M&A: Led and closed Ericsson’s first ever acquisition in Turkey. Bizitek, a local CRM and SI company, was acquired by Ericsson in 2009.

Business Community Relationships: As the Director of AMS, Fairfax, Virginia, an international consulting company, led introduction of ICT into numerous US government agencies and led transformation activities leveraging the use of information technology.

Transformational Change: As the responsible for outsourcing at SAPIENT Consulting, a premium consulting services company in Washington D.C., successfully led organizational transition activities for a major US-based mobile phone company and transitioned its internal IT operations of 120 employees towards an outsourced model achieving significant cost savings and quality improvement.
